Germaine Thurgood
Commercial Photographer
I’m a commercial photographer based in London, working closely with marketing teams at luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, premium brands and architects to create photography that aligns with their brand strategy. With a background in sales for luxury brands, I understand that impactful marketing imagery isn’t just about looking good – it’s about trust, consistency and storytelling. I focus on creating cohesive visuals that resonate with your audience and elevate your brand positioning. Whether it’s for a campaign, a rebrand, PR or social content, my photography is designed to help you tell a compelling story and attract the right customers. I’ve had the pleasure of working with clients including Mandarin Oriental, Corporate Connections, The Pavilion Club, Dulwich and Sydenham Hill Golf Club, Ray Munn Kitchens, Amit Dixit Design and many more.
Kim Willis
Social Media Specialist
I’m a social media specialist on the SCS team, creating engaging content that strengthens brand presence and drives meaningful engagement. With a background in investor relations and financial marketing in London, and experience in the property and tourism sectors, I bring a corporate edge to content creation – always ensuring it supports business objectives while remaining professional and engaging. I love managing business pages and other social media for clients; making sure everything stays aligned with business goals and connects with the right audience. I’m also a big fan of repurposing – turning blogs, podcasts and videos into fresh, optimised content that maximises impact across channels. Based in South Devon, I draw inspiration from the coastal landscape. You’ll often find me exploring the South West Coast Path with my dog or working up a sweat in a spin class.
Luke Foxwell
Videographer
I’ve always had a passion for filmmaking—it’s in my bones. I studied at South Bank University, and I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love every day. What I enjoy most is working with people to bring their ideas to life. There’s something special about taking a vision and turning it into something real, something powerful. At events, people often call me the ‘invisible camera.’ I blend into the background so well that most of the time, people don’t even realise I’m filming—until they see the footage and are blown away by how much I captured without them noticing a thing. I’ve been working with Nick for years. When he’s interviewing someone, I already know what he’s going to do next. We’ve built a rhythm that means nothing is missed—we’re always in sync, which makes filming seamless and efficient. After a day on set, I love retreating into the edit suite. That’s where the real magic happens—watching the story come together, frame by frame.
Nick Payne
Head of Video
I’ve always been fascinated by people—whether it’s chatting with them or quietly observing. I love making others feel at ease, whether we’re out socially or working together.I like to think I’m an ambivert. I know when to bring the energy and when it’s time to listen and take a step back. My journey began in the whirlwind world of print—racing around London with oversized art boards, back when everything was still analogue. Then digital came along and flipped the industry on its head. That shift led me to a small film company run by a former BBC producer, and something clicked. It brought me into a field I loved and reignited a creative spark I’d lost somewhere along the way. Oh, and on some nights, you might find me channeling Freddie Mercury on stage. It’s a whole different world—and one I absolutely adore.

Email Marketing
I've spent my career navigating the evolving landscape of marketing. Starting in the vibrant world of London advertising agencies during the 1980s, I gained invaluable experience that laid the foundation for my approach today. Over the years, I've transitioned from traditional advertising to embracing digital strategies. Clients often describe me as ambitious and flexible, someone who can step into complex projects and provide clarity and direction. I take pride in offering honest, straightforward advice—cutting through the noise to focus on what truly matters for your business. My big passion is email marketing. Not spammy ‘buy my thing’ emails. Nobody wants to read those. I love working with Sarah and the team to create something interesting, a little bit different from what you may usually see, and which makes people take action.

Paid Advertising
I'm a digital marketer with 20+ years of experience helping businesses grow through paid search - mainly via Google Ads. Over the years, I've had the chance to work with a wide range of clients, from early-stage startups to global brands, covering both B2B and B2C. What I really enjoy is using data to make smart, informed decisions. Whether it's increasing conversions, improving ROI, or scaling successful campaigns, I’m all about using performance insights to drive real business results—not just clicks. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a mountain bike or getting schooled in golf by my 13-year-old son (he’s already way better than me, and not shy about it!).
Nita Greyling

I’m a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong background in psychology. I hold two Honours degrees – one in Applied Psychology and one in Educational Psychology – which have given me a solid understanding of human behaviour and a deep interest in supporting personal growth. I come from a family of Personal Assistants, so a strong work ethic runs in my blood. I know how important it is to be organised, efficient and detail-focused to provide the very best support in any role. I’m a lifelong learner and love exploring new ideas through audiobooks and podcasts – particularly documentaries. Staying informed and gaining insights into different subjects is something I truly enjoy. Most recently, I’ve had the joy of welcoming my second little girl into the world, joining our vibrant family with her twin brother and sister. My nurturing nature and passion for learning shape how I approach motherhood – creating a loving, enriching space for our growing family.
